Mindfulness meditation can be seen as the foundation of all meditation practices. Deceptively simple, it is the practice of being with ourselves no matter what. Innumerable benefits arise from this practice in physical and mental health, as well as spiritual well being.

Many spiritual teachers through the ages have taught to live in the moment, to be here now. Mindfulness meditation is the practice of doing just that. In such a practice,  you learn to be with yourself, your thoughts and feelings, with acceptance.

Ray’s teaching of mindfulness meditation has subtle but distinct differences from most traditional forms of this practice. These differences arise from the insights and understanding gained through Ray’s own many years of meditation practice and work as a healer.

Through the guided meditations in this class, you will deepen your ability to be present in and to yourself.
